His career spans over 16 years as a broker, followed by 13 years at Covéa Insurance in progressively senior positions, including E-Trade Development Manager, SME Portfolio Manager, and Head of SME Strategy and Development. 

Ian is passionate about the SME sector and committed to broker partnerships, focusing on identifying solutions, delivering excellence, and streamlining processes for brokers across both Acturis and bespoke platforms. His proven track record in driving profitable growth reflects his determination to establish Ventis as the number one Real Estate Insurer in the SME sector.

Rob is an experienced insurance industry professional with a decade of dedicated experience, including nine years of specialised expertise in the dynamic London market and a track record of success at three prominent insurance companies.

Specialising in new business, Rob leverages his extensive technical knowledge and trading skills to craft innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Committed to exceeding client expectations and cultivating strong relationships and key partnerships, Rob’s approach prioritises customer service in every interaction, firmly believing that our clients’ satisfaction and success are paramount.

An accomplished insurance professional, Zoe brings a wealth of experience to her role as an Underwriter for new business. In her previous position as a Renewals Underwriter, Zoe expertly managed a dedicated panel of brokers, overseeing renewals, mid-term adjustments, account reviews, and large cases. Adept at cultivating strong relationships, Zoe actively engaged in broker meetings and maintained regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.

In pursuit of professional development, Zoe achieved a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification through an apprenticeship. Additionally, she obtained her DIP in 2024. Known for her exceptional organisational skills and proactive approach, Zoe is well-equipped to continue excelling in writing business, collaborating with brokers, and contributing to successful meeting outcomes.
